TricorBraun swoops for UK-Based Continental Bottle Company and DiBro

Continental Bottle Company is a primary packaging provider to the cosmetic, toiletry and fragrance industries.

It has an extensive range of over 100 different styles of glass bottles as stock standards.

DiBro is a glass decoration business, featuring what it describes as a diverse and flexible production facilities, serving the spirits, wine, cosmetic, and fragrance sectors.

The acquisitions strengthen TricorBraun’s European presence, particularly in the UK, having recently also bought UK rigid packaging firm Neville and More.

All Continental Bottle Company and and DiBro team members will remain with TricorBraun and continue to work out of the companies’ existing locations. CBC and DiBro will continue to function as separate, stand-alone businesses. Effective immediately, the companies will operate as Continental Bottle, a TricorBraun company, and DiBro, a TricorBraun company.
