Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty honors top agents for August
Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has announced its top agents for August.
They are:

In the Greenville office, Coleman and Young had the most listings sold and Herlong Loveless and Crider were the top sales agents that month. In the Clemson office, Hammond sold the most listings and was the top sales agent in August.

Durham Homes USA announces grand opening of Squires Pointe townhome community in Duncan
Durham Homes USA, operating partner of Broadstreet Inc. based in Simpsonville, announced Sept. 9 the grand opening of Squires Pointea luxury townhome community in Duncan.
The 20-unit community at 800 Squires Pointe offers four types of three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhomes, ranging in size from 2,196 to 2,590 square feet. Each unit includes features such as:
