A classic car show is happening this weekend in the Town of Milton.

The car show, which will take place on Sunday (Sept. 25) at 10:00 am at the Milton Fairgrounds, will be part of the annual fall fair which is taking place all weekend.

The car show will feature cars 25 years or older.

The fair, which is being hosted by the Milton Agricultural Society, will take place at 136 Robert St. from Sept. 23 to Sept. 25.

The annual fair has roots dating back to 1853 and is best known for offering the community a chance to explore agriculture while learning about all things rural.

After the event was forced to be put on hold for two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many locals are looking forward to this year’s fair more than ever.

Aside from the classic car show, the fair will also feature a demolition derby and a variety of activities and fun for the whole family all weekend long.

The event will kick off on Friday (Sept. 23) with a market stage, food vendors, a display barn, a beer tent and live entertainment.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase a variety of products including fruits and vegetables, antiques, flowers and more.

Registered vehicles for the car show must be on site by 9:30 am and must use the Thomas St. entry only.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the gates.
