Melissa Wahl joined Horizons, A Family Service Alliance as director of community health and nutrition, overseeing the Meals on Wheels programs in Linn and Johnson counties.

Certification
Michael Claninpresident of Safe Money Solutions in Cedar Rapids, earned the Certified Financial Fiduciary designation.

Dubuque Bank and Trust opened its first Cedar Rapids banking center at 320 Third St. SE.

Iowa Workforce Development was recognized by the National Association of State Workforce Agencies for its work to preserve integrity and efficiency in its Information Data Exchange System.
